So glad I joined the Dailey Method! Such an incredible and supportive community. Every class is different and engaging and I love their emphasis on alignment! I was doing physio for 2 years from a car accident and shortly after I joined the Dailey Method I was able to stop going to physio. Their classes helped get me back into fitness and build my muscles back! Their instructors are so diligent on making sure you have the right form and cheer you on to make sure you get the most out of your workout. Would highly recommend to anyone.

What an amazing studio! I always get such an awesome sense of community and support whenever I am at this gem of a place! Their spin classes fly by because of the amazing instructors. Very positive workout environment, would recommend to everyone!

Its a personalized experienced like no other! Its a great atmosphere where people remember your name and I look forward to walking into the studio for my workouts every single time! The staff is professional and always willing to help! The Barre workouts have changed me inside and out! They have helped me challenge my mind and my body to a whole new level. All the instructors are very passionate, full of energy and a ton of fun! It has been an ongoing rewarding experience all round! If you are looking to try something different where you combine Fat burning, full body toning, cardio and lengthening those muscles-This is it! It is the perfect combination!
