When I lived in Ottawa I went here all the time. The best studio and teachers I've found. So welcoming and friendly! I cannot recommend enough.

I have been practicing yoga on and off, for close to 10 years and at Kalyana for just over a year. I have to say that it is an incredibly special place. Anne, Ellie, Fran, Joanne in particular are incredible teachers and people. With their guidance, I really have explored the spiritual side of yoga and have felt first hand the benefits of the entire yoga experience. Anne and Ellie in particular, I credit for guiding me through a very difficult physical and emotional period of my life this past winter and I continue to heal with their help. You walk into the studio and you feel the energy. The use of props enhances the yoga experience. Love this studio and would recommend it to everyone.

I love Kalyana and its ladies - Anne, Fran, etc! It is the best studio I have attended.. And I have been to many over the years, including several in Vancouver - original home of yoga in Canada!

By simply stepping in the door you will find that Kalyana Yoga Shala offers a peaceful, warm and welcoming environment. Anne and her teachers all share an incredible passion for yoga. Students will be guided through their yoga practice with very caring, considerate and compassionate teachings. Kalyana offers a variety of classes and wonderful workshops equally available to new and experienced practitioners. Kalyana Yoga Shala is a very special yoga centre indeed.
