Aurora Modo, has provided me with such a life changing experience! The staff are very kind and helpful through out the classes. I absolutely enjoy the hot yoga offered by their facility. It is well catered to all levels! Perfect place for a great mental cleanse!

The studio is too dark and hot for my liking. I like to to practice in the morning light and build my own heat...On the positive side, it’s clean, and the instructors I’ve had there were good.

Modo has given me a great first experience with yoga! There are a lot of different types of classes to choose from, and super friendly staff! Its a great way to workout and clear your mind.

I have been to this studio multiple times and have nothing bad to say. I love that they offer a range of different practices so you have the opportunity to try new things and push yourself. Instructors, facilities, and classes are all top notch. I would definitely recommend this to any beginners or anyone looking for a great studio to practice!

I"ve explored several different ways to calm my nerves and feel more connected with myself for a while. And I have to say that Modo "hot" yoga has helped me the most so far. It's been just over 3 months since I started and I've grown so much! All teachers are amazing, bringing their subtle & unique styles to guide us yogis at all levels. Don't be afraid if you think you have no experience or you are not flexible enough. The real learnings, I found, were in breathing properly, and being patient with/ believing in yourself. Give it a try!
