If you are experienced and want to push your practice and grow this is not the place for you. The teachers do not teach to all students and focus on only the beginner levels no matter what experience level the class claims to be. The teachers do not push the students to grow or push themselves to deepen their practice. Modo yoga preaches a highly enlightened yoga philosophy but falls short on authenticity. In short I felt like one of many in a yoga money machine instead of an individual as part of a greater community.

What an amazing studio. The energy, the facility, the classes & the cleanliness is all 5/5. Lisa is such a wonderful owner! She goes WAY above & beyond to look after her clients. Definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful studio! I very much enjoy their hot yoga, positive staff, and variety of classes. There are classes in their moon room for those who like less heat. The bathrooms are clean, and they have a lovely tea area when you arrive. This is one of my favorite places, feels like an urban retreat every time I go in.

A wonderful studio - one of the best I've been to. Clean, happy, fresh environment. Each instructor has their own style of teaching and somehow able to give exactly what I needed with each visit. The only thing I miss is having a bottle of spray to clean my own mat after a class.
