I purchased a one month pass on Groupon and have gone 3 times and am now approximately halfway done the pass, but an incident just occurred as I was going for the 4th class. This studio has a 5 minute late policy which I completely understand, however today I arrived at exactly 1:35pm which hit the 5 minute mark exactly and was turned away by reception. I pointed out that I was in fact here at 5 minutes in but they said the class had already started and props were necessary so I was not allowed in, even though I was fully ready with my mat and I was already changed so it would have just taken 30 seconds from door to the room. I understand most studios have a strict no-late policy, however if your policy allows 5 minutes you should follow it properly or perhaps add a note to say "not including classes that requires prop before set up". In terms of the actual classes I have loved the instructors and would still recommend going to their classes and giving it a try. However just a caveat, this studio only has one "class room" and the ventilation is not great so it gets very stuffy in the room to the point where we have to leave the door open just to get more air and even then it is still too hot.

I have been coming here for over a year and love it. The instructors are very good/hands-on and provide great progression. The studio and changerooms are very clean and a variety of classes are a bonus.

I purchased a groupon at this place. I really enjoyed the classes. So relaxing, clean and professional instructors.

I've visited a lot of yoga studios in the Richmond Hill/Markham area and I have to say Tempo Yoga is my favourite. Although a smaller studio, it offers a great variety of classes and the instructors are all fantastic and knowledgeable. Love all the props that are available and the change room is extremely clean which is always a huge plus. Highly recommend yogis and non-yogis alike to check out this studio!

The staff is extremely rude. Whoever is behind the computer doing the administration has no patience.
