This place is so fun, highly recommended coming here for all the classes!

Fun, fun, fun. Jacqueline is an awesome, encouraging teacher with the patience of a saint. Her classes (pole dancing) fly by, she teaches in a fun manner and I never feel like I'm not getting it, even though I'm a super slow learner and need showing over and over again. It's a great work out. There's a mix of ages, sizes and abilities and I would recommend it to anyone in a heart beat. Don't be bashful, go in and speak to Jacqueline, you'll love the classes for sure. There are other classes there too.

People, you are missing the money right now.... if you want to workout for real, you need to go to Body Evolution Studios. The classes are small and targeted. It’s a personal trainer because the groups stay small. Don’t waste your hour on a massive class come here, you will find results.
