Always friendly. Always welcoming. Always clean. Always calm (when sometimes I'm not, racing in to make a practice). Exactly what a yoga studio needs to be in my mind! I'd love it even more if there was a 60(!) minute Mindful Meditation class. :)

One of the best studios I ever practiced. 1. New and sparkle clean facility 2. Hours of operation: opens 6am and closed 11pm 3. Very good teaches 4. Big variety of classes 5. Spiritual place If you look for the overall package I bet it will be very hard to find something similar. This place is unique.

Modo Yoga Maple, is the place where I go to relax, feel safe, have a full mind & body exercise, and come back to find my breath. The team at Modo Yoga Maple are always very friendly and make their students feel safe, comfortable and at ease. The instructors ensure that students have proper technique and always encourage us to listen to our own bodies. I am grateful that Modo Yoga Maple is part of the community I live in and encourage everyone to try this studio for both physical exercise and finding their breath.

Very happy with the staff, the class options and studio itself. New to Yoga and I have been attending weekly since March(ish). Its a fantastic change of pace from traditional workouts, playing volleyball and working in the fields (Garden/Farming). It has proven to be my best source of fitness and recovery.

Everyone working there is so sweet, positive and wonderful. The classes are great, the studio is always clean. It's just a great place to be! Maria
