I cannot believe how much I love coming to this studio! I deliberately come from out of town as the quality of classes here is unparalleled. I had followed Kyle (instructor) from a different studio as my work schedule had changed and I really enjoyed his classes. He is an amazing instructor and always keep me focused on my breath work. His classes are intentional, varied, and never boring. Tonight, I had the privilege of attending a class with Daniel (instructor). His encouragement and welcomed adjustments helped me understand the poses and deepen my personal practice. The feeling I had after class is reminiscent of the initial start of my yoga journey: ecstatic and eager to learn more. I cannot wait for what comes next!

Tried this studio as a first timer to hot yoga or yoga in a studio at all and it has been absolutely fabulous. I have returned for my second class on Tuesday night and the instructor provides guidance and correction when needed also encouraging you to push yourself. The music selection is amazing and the staff are very welcoming and kind. Great experience!

Did the economy class, first time doing yoga. Instructor, weili, was great. Spoke at a good volume and relaxing pace. Was considerate of beginners, gave alternate moves if one she was suggesting was too advanced. Would sometimes do moves in the middle so people in the back could see. music was relaxing. Facilities were clean. 10/10 would yoga again.

A fantastic place to learn, grow, and get inspired. Lots of classes to choose from and all instructors are highly qualified. Whether you're looking to try yoga out for the first time (as I was a couple months back) or try out a new studio - this place won't disappoint! And the best part is, all levels are catered to - from beginner to pretty freakin advanced and everything in between!

I have been going to this yoga studio since 2012. A lot has changed in the past a few years but this is still one of my fav yoga studio in Toronto. (This studio previous is moksha Richmond hill, then it changed to my hot yoga studio, then changed to hot yoga wellness. Name change, owner changed.) The studio is very good size, cozy but big enough. one room for both hot and regular temperature. Hold around up to 25 people. Rarely get too crowded. There is a mirror in the excise room, little decoration, very minimal. 4 large size shower and rarely get too busy either. Change room does not have locker but it was never needed. This studio is always clean, does. It have strange smell some other yoga place. Sometime they use essential oil defused and I love it. Staff are very friendly despite there has been so many changes going on, there are a few Excellent teacher teach in this studio regularly. What I like the best is the temperature - this studio has best temperature for practice yoga, regular is warm, hot yoga is not too hot. In fact practice yoga in a external hot room is not best to our body - this studio make it just right. Class around 12$ - 20$ depends on drop in or buy class card. Membership is 135, couple is 175. (Membership is unlimited class). I normally buy family class card so I can share with families and, have flexible schedule. The only thing I would I recommend - recent a year, there are students talking before and after class in the practice room - it shall and need to be a quiet practice, I hope staff and teacher will inform and educate new student on silence practice so it won’t interfere others practice or meditation before/after the class. Add some snack will also be nice. If there are some matt sort and small dry towel in the practice room to clean matt would be really nice as there is only a small rack outside to hang matt. Overall, if you looking for real yoga, great teacher, none fancy and none pretentious place for your yoga practice, this is the one.
