Yoga shack has been my home away from home for a number of years. I enjoy the friendly, caring and judgement free environment. Yoga shack has also supported and fund raised for a number of charities in the community. I appreciate the safe and welcoming space to practice and grow. ❤️

Like others have said, Lisa, the owner is frankly a terrible business woman. I had a wonderful experience in all my classes, the teachers were excellent and very helpful but unfortunately not even they can make up for their awful owner. I was hoping to suspend my membership (a very easy and reasonable request with other businesses) and when I reached out to talk to her, I got no response. I've called the studio and spoken with teachers who say she'll call me back, and still no call. To me, the only option now is to accept the loss of a $200 membership and warn others not to make the same mistake of going to this studio. I don't think she'll ever change based on the other reviews here, but maybe if it begins to impact her bottom line, she'll smarten up.

I've tried many different yoga studios, and never felt truly welcomed or comfortable at any until I found Yoga Shack, they are inclusive and friendly, allowing even the most beginner students or out of shape moms (me!) to feel safe in their space. I especially enjoyed their pre natal classes and the care and knowledge the teachers gave me when I was pregnant. Kudos to Yoga Shack for creating this wonderful Oasis in London!

I joined Yoga shack recently and while I like the studios and most of the instructors I will not continue with membership. After a couple of weeks of attending classes I asked one of the instructors how I would find out if there were plans for additional beginner and non hot yoga classes. The instructor suggested that I contact the owner by email and stated that feedback from their customers was always welcome. That evening I sent an email to Lisa , the owner asking a couple questions. To date (one month later) I have never received a reply of any sort. With some frustration I spoke to other members who told me that they had tried to contact her as well and that she hadn't responded to them either. In total I have spoken to 10 people who she has completely ignored. I am a business owner as well and I can categorically say that if I treated my customers with such little respect that they don't even deserve a reply I would no longer be in business. I have also had some very interesting comments from her instructors suggesting they have the same issues with her. Its unfortunate that this owner represents herself as caring and a part of the community however won't reply or respond in any way to that very community. These actions speak much loader to me and many others as to the type of person running this business.

Polite staff, but the owner is rude, dismissive, and disregards her clients and her employees. Very poor communication skills, Lisa.
