Authentic yoga! All time favourite studio located in downtown Galt. #galtlove #atlaslove Through a lifetime of education and devotion, Denise has created an oasis of tranquility where superior teachers share their love for yoga tradition and enlightenment. Atlas Studio is a beautifully prepared yoga space for all levels physically, intellectually and spiritually. Come with an open mind and leave with a peace of this sanctuary in your heart. I call it my ‘indoor happy place’, from where I leave completely renewed. Thank you Denise!

This studio has to be one of the most beautiful and welcoming studios I have been to. After practicing personally for 10+ years I am continually drawn back to this historic space with welcoming and knowledgeable teachers. I drive in from out of town to practice in this gorgeous studio - from the floors to the wooden beams, the bricks and the vast amount of knowledge in their library I cannot stay away!

One of my favourite places in Cambridge. The studio is warm, inviting, and hosts a diversity of class types for all skill levels. Yoga classes are tailored to the needs of the students present, and class sizes are small which contributes to a strong sense of community. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

What a positive space! The feel is comforting and peaceful. All teachers are very knowledgeable and patient, each providing a slightly different flare to the practice. I would highly recommend this studio to both first time students and devoted yogis & yoginis ..thanks for creating this space Denise!

I have severe migraines, and the classes at Atlas Studio really help me relax. Denise and the other instructors are great! Plus, it has one of the most convenient locations in Cambridge, right near Ainslie Street Terminal and steps from the School of Architecture. I love the student discount!
