This fitness studio is the best I have ever been to. The instructors are all knowledgeable and assist you in executing the exercises correctly for the most benefit.. It is never boring, but challenging and fun and no matter what class I do, i come away knowing I worked my body in ways it has never been worked before and feeling great! I look forward to the next class (and there are many to choose from), and the new challenges i will give my body each time. Classes are small allowing the instructors to work closely with each participant. It's unlike any other club i have been to, and i thoroughly enjoy it!

New to Pilates I was a little worried but the instructors are amazing, and the environment is great

It is a great place to learn about your own body. The professional staff and owner are so well trained and knowledgable about the body and what you specifically need. I love the personal attention I get there, nice small classes so the teachers have time to talk to you and listen.

Great Studio/Gym. Small enough to be personal and Intimate. Using Nutritional Advice and understanding my needs, Vanessa and her team designed a program that suits my limitations and schedule. TRX, Kettle Balls, Matt Work, Battle Ropes, all things that are increasing my strength and Cardio so much more than I was getting on the stationery equipment and weight stands at the other mega gyms that are around and I have tried. In just under 2 weeks I've lost 9 lbs and almost 2 inches on my waist, not to mention I am motivated to try and eat better. Great Location, lots of parking and a great atmosphere Glad I found this spot
