Amazingly encouraging staff. They quickly get to know you and provide an extremely positive environment. I would recommend for people of any fitness level

Good fitness club. Like the concept of how you can track your heart rate through coloured zone. Just be sure to pace yourself. Recommend everyone to give it a try and meet the trainer there (Nicole pretty cool!). It's on the pricy side though so be mindful of that if you're broke like me.

Very motivating and different from the other gyms out there. Having the instant feedback is very beneficial to have a great workout. I enjoy the variety of different exercises to try.

Great and challenging work out sess.!

I love the variety in each workout and that each workout is always different. I love that it feels like a personal training session and that I don't have to plan out my workouts and that it's all laid out for you. I also like that you can see where your heart rate is at during the workout because it pushes me to work harder when I start slacking off.
