Those of you who focus on weight-lifting Will find that there are more than enough free-weights, machines, squat racks and most importantly more than one bench-press available. All equipment is clean and in working order for the most part. Gym gets really busy on Mondays as any other gym, but there are lots of options for workouts so usually it’s not a problem. Cannot comment on cardio equipment or classes since I do not use them, but there seems to be lots available.
Those of you who are in military will be happy to find out that there is a military rate available, ask the front desk for more details. In terms of comparison between the CFB Trenton base gym, it’s worth the money to switch to this facility, especially if you live in Belleville.
One thing that I really did not like is that on one occasion as I walked into the gym, there were staff (Most likely forced) giving out gifts but they wanted all of my friends phone numbers so they can call and recruit
Male changing room is way too small and it gets crowded in there. Also, there are only two toilets in male change room.
