I signed up here in October of 2018 with the goal of losing 50lbs. I fully did not expect to reach my goal. I figured within a week, maybe two I would quit.
I decided to try getting a person trainer hoping that maybe I might have a better chance. She was awesome! She kept me motivated where I kept coming day after day, whether I had a training session with her or if I was just going to do cardio that day! Unfortunately she ended up moving on to a different path, but I did make my goal with her. After she left I still had more weight to lose and more training sessions left. After a quick meeting with the Caleb the fitness manager, he set me up with Baron to finish out my training. Everything went smoothly and as seamlessly as possible. With Barons help my progress went further then what I ever thought was possible!
All of the staff here are friendly and willing to answer whatever questions I've had. Everyone made me feel welcome here, and very quickly all of my anxiety about initially going to a gym quickly disappeared and I felt like I belonged there.
I definitely can't say enough good things about this location and the staff here!
