This place is my 2nd home! Everyone is super nice! The place is super clean! It's an amazing place to get away and free your mind! Plus u get a great work out! Best treat is the cold peppermint lavender towels places on your forehead after your long workout! :) I cannot get enough! Get your sweat on!

This studio would get 5 stars from me - but it gets 1, because on my 4th visit at 8 PM on a THURSDAY NIGHT their age limit policy (which allows children as young as 14 to attend classes with a waiver from a parent or guardian) - permitted an adult to traipse in with a duckling row of 4 obnoxious teenage girls (replete with their water bottles labelled with the high school they attend). Before class they were literally rolling across multiple mats to take turns whispering loudly in each other's ear. They were hyper and all-around immature as girls their age are. Which is fine. Just not during yoga practice. After a long day of work and dealing with everything out there - I just want a peaceful place to be. Not a place where I feel like I have to either tolerate poorly parented children, complain to the management, or speak up and correct it myself. And to the parent / guardian who brought these four teenagers to an adult yoga class on a Thursday night ... what were you thinking, leaving this issue to continue, rather than stepping in and doing your JOB? UPDATE 7/7/17: After receiving a response that sought to address the issue, I returned to this studio -- and haven't been disappointed since. It has been a truly wonderful experience across many types of classes at different times on different days of the week. The staff has been consistently friendly, courteous, professional - and best of all, they seem to really love what they do (and share that energy with the clients). I also confess to really enjoying the cool lavender-scented cloths they put on your head as you rest at the end of each class. I am reverting my prior rating to reflect the long-term experience I have had. Thank you so much for addressing my concerns!!

Love it here! I've tried all the different classes and a few workshops. Instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable, and offer consistently with their own flair! I highly recommend trying them for a free week. That's what I did, then signed up for a membership! I've been going 3 - 4 times a week since January! I feel amazing!
