Hatch Yoga

There aren't enough words to say just how amazing this Yoga studio is! If you are anything like me, a newbie to Yoga, this is the place to start. Setting aside the obvious amazing intro deal of $30 for your first month of unlimited classes, The people and staff are just as amazing. I was so nervous and shy to start this new Yoga journey in fear or not being able to do poses correctly and feeling like an outsider, but every instructor made sure that wasn't the case. They were all so friendly and encouraging I never once felt intimidated. Every class made me feel confident and proud and it made going back more and more that much easier. I'm incredibly sad that I will be moving away and won't be able to take Hatch Yoga with me, but I will definitely be returning on days I am ever back in town. If you ever look at expanding up north, be sure to let me know :) Namaste.

Rude staff and teachers voice is really annoying. Please HIRE someone with pleasant voice Sabina and trust me no one wants to come back to your 'studio'. I made it very clear I believe. Why don't u have someone else work for you who has pleasant voice so people who come there to do yoga are not annoyed the while time. Waste of time and money! Ur teaching yoga your voice should be soothing and pleasant and one of your instructor dresses horrible. She doesn't even look like a yoga teacher she needs a better shirt and yoga teacher are suppose to look presentable and toned!!!! Not out of shape!!!!!!! Horrible and aweful! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Please don't talk about healing. Accept the truth! 😂 Imagine someone trying to relax and do yoga and your voice is sooo irritating Sabina . It's aweful!!!!! I hope you don't yell at your kids at home don't do any classes please and I'm not the first one to complain. All my clients complained about the same thing reason I only went to your studio Twice even though I had the unlimited thirty days Pkg. I hope you heal from your non yoga annoying voice. Also forgot to mention your certain classes in that small room which is the size of a closet and you have five people in there I couldn't even turn around properly I kept hitting the wall and the blankets. Do not put ur business on groupon if you cannot provide proper services for ur clients. You only have one big room and may be you should stick to that or perhaps expand your 'studio'. Five people in that small room and everyone is in each others face and it smells in there along with your annoying voice I don't ever want to go back anyway and I add it very vey clear when I walked out. Speaking of being the mins late my first class your instructor who is out of shape and has no manner of dressing for yoga class was 6 minutes late for her class 😄 Check your schedule!!!!!! I wasn't going to write all this I only gave u one star and that was it but you replied with a paragraph so I have to make sure All the effort you put in typung that paragraph doesn't go to waste! Oh and even if someone paid me to go to your studio I'd refuse. Holistic yoga is a lot better then you guys! Better staff and awesome instructors 😍

Hatch Yoga is an oasis of serenity in the middle of Mississauga. Every detail is finely tuned so that yogi and yogini of all levels of experience feel at home and get most out of their practice. The instructors are knowledgeable, provide variations to accommodate practitioners of different levels, and create a nurturing environment. The class variety is outstanding: there are heated, warm, and non-heated classes that vary from restorative to vinyasa to arm balances. Thirty minutes between classes allow the practitioners to come early (or leave late) and get into that first flow, meditate, or surrender into a relaxation pose. Being able to take a nice nap after restorative classes was a total game-changer for me ;) . Above all else, everyone knows everybody by name. You are treated like family: members are initiated into the mysteries of proper alignment in a series of complimentary semi-private classes by the studio director herself. If you never had semi-private or private yoga classes, these will transform your practice. Proper alignment is the key to enjoying the full benefits of the poses, deepening your practice, and preventing injury. Yoga is transformational, and Hatch Yoga is the perfect place for practice.

I first heard about this studio from groupon, I really enjoy it! The instructors are fabulous and there’s plenty of class variety. The classes are also smaller and intimate so there’s more 1 on 1 time with the instructors and lots of space for you (I can’t stand when you can barely stretch your arms out due to over crowding). There’s also lots of parking which is a plus. I highly recommend this studio!

It is a nice place to practice yoga. They have enough everything to make us feel comfortable. The facility is nice and clean. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. The classes are not big so the instructor can look after every single one there. I would recommend this place for someone who are interested in learning yoga.
