Thanks to Praveen for introducing us to the yoga practice . Myself Kannan and my wife are part of Vyaniti Cleveland and attending online skype classes every Sunday. It is been close to 3 months since we started Yoga session with you .The stretching exercises have brought in lot of flexibility in our body. We are able to see the differences in flexibility level every day and I hope our progress is also visible in our weekly sessions with you. It feels wonderful after breathing exercises. We get our daily dose of much needed focus, energy & rest with the breathing exercises. Praveen , you are unmatched in your dedication to train us. We have attended few of yoga sessions in the past & it was all time bounded sessions that will exactly ends in 30 mins. In the last 3 months we have never seen you looking at the clock. You are very sincere and have lot of patience. You have answered all our questions very clearly without any hesitation and have always bared our jokes during the session. It is such a great gift for having you as our Yoga instructor Thank you so much Praveen and Premaji.The experience we are gaining every day is not possible without your initiative

My name is Janani, I live in Cleveland (N. Royalton) Ohio, USA and I’m taking online(Skype) yoga lessons right from my home. It’s been just 3 months since I started practicing yoga. I was insisted to learn yoga for a few years but I didn’t take it seriously until I fell sick past summer. I had a severe vertigo attack a week after I started my new job. I was sick for atleast a month and got back to reality almost 3 months later. Began this year (2019) with yoga which is currently giving a bunch of transformation in me. Initially, lessons are focused on breathing techniques and stretching exercises to bring in flexibility to our body. Breathing exercises are doing wonders. I am not tired anymore at the end of the day when I drive back home from work. Usually I used to take a nap after I get home from work. Now a days I don’t need that nap😊 because of breathing exercises. Another trouble I had was the back pain. So these stretching exercises are very effective for the back pain. Once I got used to stretching exercises, I was taught “Surya Namaskar”(SN) which is an asana with 12 steps of vigorous stretching. I was literally panting after my very first SN. As of today(3rd week of SN) I can do 12 without any difficulties. No panting at all. My goal is to do 108 SN by September😊 It’s unbelievable that this online yoga lessons are very beneficial and it started making wonders. My guru looks into each and every single step and corrects me right away. The best part of this lesson is whenever I have an issue (like sprain or muscle pull) I can connect with the guru anytime either through chat or phone calls. Also the issue is followed up in the next lesson. Its been 3 months that I didn’t have vertigo or not even dizziness or cold. I can’t thank enough for the great lessons that I had and going to have in the future. Thank you Praveen and Premaji for spreading the benefits of yoga through out the world. I had not done a "real" yoga for the past five years, so I decided on a restorative class. I couldn't be happier of my decision. I was also really impressed by how much attention yoga instructor (Praveen) paid to my needs and made modifications to avoid back and neck pains. I went through lung problems and was on Ventilator support for 3 weeks. The breathing techniques taught by Praveen really helped me strengthen lungs. Even my doctor is impressed by this improvement. Overall this was an incredibly positive experience. I wish I lived closer and attended class in person!

Vyaniti yoga studio headed by Praveen has been spreading the good news about Yoga and its healing powers. Starting from breathing right to correct stretches to healthy eating to sleeping right, managing stress, being energetic and fresh throughout the day and many more powers of Yoga are taught in Vyaniti. I have experienced the healing powers of Yoga and very happy to be part of Vyanti.

This yoga institute is incredible !! I started doing yoga about 6 months ago, and it has changed my life. The yoga instructor really cares about each and every student, making sure that all our needs are met,and clarifying any questions that we may have .He teaches us different asana's that we can apply in our daily busy lives, whereas in other yoga institutions they do not . This past summer I got the opportunity to learn Yoga by the main guru , Ms. Prema Nagash in Oman , and all I can say it was trip of life time . I did not think that going to Oman would change me for the better, but it did. I cannot wait to go back !! Some benefits that I saw were , I felt lighter , felt more calm , and not only me but other people started to notice a difference in my skin and my posture .Once you get started, you will Thank yourself . In the beginning it's hard, but that is with anything you do . TRY IT OUT !!!
