I originally tried Jaya when a regular instructor at another school left for a few weeks vacation. Now I have moved my whole practice there. It's a great school. The space is lovely, but the real draw are the teachers. I have tried all of them now, and they are all wonderful. Each is very different from the other, but having that variety of teaching styles keeps it interesting. I love it at Jaya and will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend it.

"Recently found this gem of a studio and being injured during a hot yoga class at a studio nearby. Tired of the hot yoga workout world, I can't believe how lucky I was to stumble onto Jaya Yoga. Great teachers, well educated and extremely helpful and therapeutic! The studio itself is warm and inviting, and is the perfect addition to my day. The owner is as sweet and kind as could be, and the vibe of the whole place is extremely special. True community yoga studio with authentic teachings"

Wow, I strongly disagree with the one star reviewer... in comparison to the other studios in this beautiful city, Jaya Yoga actually has the fairest policies as I've had issues with other places and so was quite interested in the details of the next studio i committed to after i moved into this area. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Jacqualine and have never met anyone so genuine and kind. I think any complaints on here are from people who just need to complain about something... and probably need way way way more yoga in their life to help with that. I really feel at home at this studio and it's so cozy and magical. Bonus - They have registered massage inside too. If you're looking for a great yoga experience and home base, then look no further!

This studio is way to overpriced for what they offer. I went to prenatal yoga classes the regular instructor Tatjana is great. However she went on vacation and it was replaced by an inexperienced instructor who does difficult postures in very fast pace, most of them don't even recommended in pregnancy. ( I am a health teacher and I have a colleague who is an experienced yoga instructor so I know What I am talking about) Half of the class left. I deeply regret because I purchased 6 weeks pass instead of drop in. Be aware that they are very quick in taking your money and very slow in giving your money back , even when the instructor doesn't show up at the classes. I went to another yoga studio with more professional standards , really experienced instructors, including substitute ones and more affordable prices. The extra driving is worth it. I do not remand this unprofessional studio where you have hard time to contact them by email or phone.

I took the prenatal yoga class with Tatjana at Jaya, and really enjoyed it. Each class starts and ends with relaxation. The exercises are customized to strengthen the core, while providing relief for the neck and shoulder. The instructor ensures the class is performing the exercises correctly.
