I started out at Modo due to popular reviews and vicinity to my work. I have not been let down yet. It serves as a perfect recovery session after work. The Studio is cozy and welcoming with spacious room for hot yoga and some amazing teachers. (also interesting books to read if you are early). Its interesting experience to see the sparks from the road, lighting up room when street car passes by, during the evening sessions. Weekend morning session with Erik is pretty good and strongly recommended. Parking could be an issue, unless you plan to do groceries at No Frills before/ after your session:)

Modo Yoga St. Clair West is my favourite Modo Studio and hot yoga class in the city. The studio itself is somehow both cozy and expansive at the same time (almost feels like visiting a friend's apartment) and the teachers are incredibly mindful, encouraging, and heart centered. I moved out of the St. Clair W neighbourhood and still come back because I enjoy this studio so much. Big hugs to all of the staff for building such a beautiful community!

It is a beautiful, welcoming, peaceful environment. The teachers have all been lovely. I always walk out feeling more relaxed and calm than when I came. Thank you!

I went to Modo Yoga on St Clair West for the first time this week and loved it! The atmosphere of the studio is amazing - it doesn't even feel like you are in the city! I read reviews on here about how some people call it 'the cottage' and now I know why! It is adorable! The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I took the Hatha class and enjoyed it very much! I can't wait to go back!

I started yoga as a complete newbie in January of this year. The staff were very welcoming and encouraged me to practice at my own pace. I've been going now for 3 months and I love it. The classes, instructors and environment are top notch. I will practice at this studio for years to come.
