I really like this Yoga place. The instructors are great, the location is great and the Mysore classes are great. I feel much better every time I go. It would be awesome if there were earlier weekend classes. But maybe that's just me.

I'm from Saudi Arabia and recently practicing Ashtanga in Arab yoga foundation school AYF .. I came to Canada for tourism and I found this amazing school for practicing.. it's really amazing and i love it. Also i highly recommended for Ashtangi people.

Walked into my first Ashtanga Yoga class after a few months of home practice. The Studio is a beautiful and welcoming space, and every teacher I've had has had tremendous knowledge and personal attention to give. I'm often amazed at how even when the room is full, the teachers and assistants are always keeping a watchful eye on you and are able to be constantly assisting students. I'm excited to learn more!

This place is amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly. I felt so welcomed the minute I entered the space. I took my first Mysore class, and the instructors were kind. They guided my practice the entire time. I felt so safe and they held the space so well.

The morning mysore practice was very high energy and very well attended. David was not there when my wife and I visited. We were very impressed with the three teachers working the mysore room. They were on the move constantly assisting students. They are well trained and welcoming. My wife and I enjoyed the experience thoroughly. We live and practice and Boston. Whenever we visit Toronto, we will definitely return to this studio.
