Everyone is so friendly at the studio. There are a variety of classes offered depending on how I feel that day I love that I can decide to do a hot yoga/pilates class or a slow restorative class. And they all match up with my schedule since I work 9-5. Also the teachers have such good energy, I always feel great after every class I take.

Love the inclusive environment they provide. The washrooms are clean and sensible. And they've taken efforts to make their studio different than other yoga studios, which I feel it has paid off for them entirely. What I appreciated the most is when the receptionist talked to me using my name as opposed to using "ma'am" it's a small detail, but it made a tremendous impression on me.

Teachers are great! This was my first experience doing yoga and Andrea was my first teacher. She provided me with such a valuable experience that it left me with no other choice but to sign up for the month! Place is clean, the hot room is just right and other clients are very respectful of the setting. I’ve already recommended the studio to a friend and will continue too!

Location works for me - walking distance. Good neighbourhood, I can get pizza from nearby Village Pizza or Pizza Pizza, or pick up grocery basics at the Shoppers Drug Mart literally next door. I appreciate that Union offers a "warm" Hatha class, and some restorative classes. I bought my passes on promo, and am grateful to have this service here. The instructors are kind.

I've been going to Union for a couple years now, and can vouch for the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of facilities and their commitment to making it an inclusive space. Union offers a range of class types to suit all practice levels, and occasional workshops that target various life stages and lifestyles.
