I absolutely love Lotus Yoga! I've experienced so many beautiful things since I've started at Lotus. Not only have I felt stronger and more flexible than ever, but I feel so much warmth and happiness inside me. I came to the studio with almost no history of yoga but everyone made me feel so welcome and the teachers took the time even during the classes to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. I feel great and want to thank Lotus and everyone there! I love this place!

Lotus Yoga Center is such a beautiful place and my absolute favourite place to be. Teachers and classes are of such a high vibration and I feel like a new person after every class I attend. Thank you for opening up such an amazing sanctuary in such a bustling overwhelming city!!

I tried Kundalini several times over many years at various studios (even in the UK). I was searching for a spiritual vibe with my yoga--a vibe that is all to often missing in yoga classes. I was determined to find the right sweet spot and after my first Lotus Class i knew this was the place! Small but full of positive and inviting energy. The teachers are not on "pedestals" and everyone practices at their own ability--even me with a foot in a cast. Thank you Team Lotus.

Lotus Yoga and Kundalini yoga specifically have changed my life. The teachers are incredible, the classes spiritual, meditative and it’s a really great work out. My monthly membership is very reasonably priced. I love Lotus Yoga!
