I can't say enough positive things about the Moksha Uptown location. The class schedule is quite diverse (there is truly something for everyone every single day) and there are many classes offered throughout the day. The yogis are very knowledgeable and approachable. They are eager to adjust you and make sure that you get the most out of your practice but are respectful of the fact that some attendees would prefer not to be touched/adjusted (and they always ask for one's preference in advance). The studio is spotlessly clean and very peaceful. The rooms are quite spacious and airy and I have never felt claustrophobic or as though the room was overcrowded. My practice has developed considerably in a short period of time and I eagerly anticipate my next class as soon as the current one ends. I highly recommend Moksha Uptown!

I was a skeptic of hot yoga, and now I am a true believer! The hot yoga at Moksha is a truly wonderful experience. The studio is not too hot, but hot enough to relax the muscles and enhance the movements. The teachers there, especially Erik and Nancy, are top notch! They have perfect intonation, instructional language, and projection. I had been doing Yoga at home through You Tube before, but the real in studio classes are 1000 times better. I highly suggest you make it your routine!

Love Moksha uptown. Great location and friendly people. I’ve tried different classes and teachers and I always enjoy the experience. Highly recommend this studio. It’s clean and well appointed. I even drive 40 minutes to get there. There’s other studios but I prefer this one.

This classes at this studio are challenging but accessible for all yoga skill levels. The staff and instructors are all very approachable and have great personalities. This studio is a great place to go to

I've been a long time member of Moksha and have been practicing the series for 7+ years so I was ecstatic to find a studio so close to home. I can confidently say that my favourite class is Sarah M's 75 minute Moksha class. The energy she brings by instructing gives me that extra push to really find my edge, I left feeling rejuvenated both mentally and physically which I feel is rare to find.
