Amazing studio with well trained staff. A true yogi practice here where there is good focus on meditation and alignment. Definitely a good place to try if you’re a hippie yogi!

The Kula community is so welcoming & inclusive. I've always gotten great vibes here! They have one big studio and one smaller one. They have a good mix of flow, restorative, yin, and hot so there is something for every mood. The teachers are friendly and knowledgable. They focus a lot on form and finding what feels good for your body which I find can sometimes get lost in other studios that tend to be more fast paced. Their classes are scheduled at great times too and I find I can usually make at least one of them. Suz's yin classes are my favourite! I would definitely recommend checking it out. They have a $45 intro pass for new students.

Most inclusive yoga community. Have tried being part of other yoga studios since and Kula is still hands down the best in the city. Will be returning there next month to begin my membership again. LOVE the meditative quality of the classes. Linseed is also wonderful.

Really love this studio. Very inclusive and the teachers are approachable

Front desk stuff and teacher very rude. They don't care about the well being of the student but about making money only. Very disappointing experience.
