The Yoga Teacher Training program here is amazing. A friend of mine who completed it a few years ago recommended I go for it, and I was not disappointed! It was so much more than I expected. Not only did it exceed my expectations in the course work, but in the amazing people you meet. Yogaspace is an amazing community that I am so grateful to be part of.

This is a great studio with excellent teachers and welcoming staff. I am so glad I decided to check out this studio because within weeks I knew that this was where I wanted to take my first ytt program. I just completed the 200hr program and it did not disappoint. The curriculum was rich and varied, and the instructors are very knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. I am so grateful for the experience and happy to be part of this community. Thank you Kathryn, Hali, Leslie, Cassandra and Sasha 🙏

Just completed yoga teacher training and the program was so much more than I could have imagined. I felt like I learned so much every single day of training. You can tell a lot of work has gone into fitting in as much knowledge as possible into every unit, while still ensuring the most important elements of learning to be a yoga teacher are emphasized. Not only do I feel confident in my ability to teach, but I have also grown as a person and can apply what I learned to any route I choose to take in life. Thank you Yogaspace, and especially Kathryn and Hali!

I have just completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training at Yogaspace and I am so happy I did! I love that this program includes so many different aspect of yoga including traditional aspects such as yoga philosophy as well as contemporary. I feel it's important to include both aspects as many of the yoga facilities in Canada edge towards being more contemporary and now I feel as though I not only am able to understand the difference, but can also operate in both settings. Wether we're talking about Haley's philosophy, Cassandra's function strength, Leslie's anatomy, or Kathryn's invigoration vinyasa class, I loved every moment and would like to thank these fine people.
