I can't recommend this studio enough. The studio is clean, the staff are surer helpful and the studio offers non slip mats for rental. The teachers are incredible - friendly, educated and motivating - (I honestly believe that some of the best teachers in Toronto work at this studio.) They offer a lot of classes throughout the day, so you can fit yoga into your schedule. I'm sooooo happy that I found this studio! Also, if you live in Roncy, this should be your go - to place for yoga!

After moving from the West Coast five years ago, I was still on a mission to find a studio that wasn't focused on one particular yoga style. After discovering Pure Yoga, I was in love. From the yoga instructors to the epic "Namaste B*tches" neon sign, this yoga studio gives me all the feels. You have your pick of classes, the beats class is my favourite, and the room is always warmed up - the more people the hotter it gets, of course. If you're not about hot yoga, perhaps this isn't for you, but I love the added heat to get those muscles relaxed and sweat dripping! Also, they carry amazing clothing...it's hard not to walk away with a new top or sweater!

I used to go to Pure Yoga Ottawa and when I moved to Toronto, I could not find a similar studio so of course when they opened a studio in Toronto, I was ecstatic. I have yet to find an all-encompassing yoga studio; Pure Yoga Toronto offers a workout and a safe, clean and positive space. With their wealth of knowledge, the teachers are dedicated to their craft and passionate about seeing your mental and physical well being - you will feel they genuinely care about your development. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a hard-core practitioner, they are really welcoming, take any intimidation out of yoga and provide the necessary challenge to advance your practice. If you come once a month or every day, or whether you are coming for the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual benefits of the practice, you never leave without feeling refreshed, focused and energized. I have only good things to say. Highly recommend!

Love pretty much everything about this studio! The space is beautiful. Lots of different classes to choose from. Lots of different teachers to choose from too, so you can tailor your practise to you, on any given day. All are super knowledgable and offer helpful advice, no matter what level you're currently at. I've had a hard time finding a space that felt like it was right for me - the right balance of both the spiritual and athletic sides of yoga. So glad to have found Pure. No ego. No attitude. Just great people with good vibes.

We rated this studio 5 pineapples out of 5 because the team is funny and vivacious, and the sweaty hot yoga class was challenging, fun, and pushed us in ways only a yoga class can – we did 108 pushups throughout the class. SAY WHAT?! Location is awesome in Liberty Village, the studio is beautiful and prices reasonable.
