This is a wonderful place for all your pregnancy needs. I personally used the prenatal massage and acupuncture services, both of which were brilliant. The acupuncture in particular helped me manage my pregnancy induced carpel tunnel, and helped me naturally induce labour when I was overdue. I'll definitely be back next pregnancy!

Liz’s Saturday morning yoga class was the weekly highlight of my pregnancy! Will definitely be back for postnatal yoga soon.

I feel like I spent every other day of my pregnancy at West End Mamas - from the prenatal massage therapy, to the pelvic floor physio, and the prenatal chiropractic treatments, their practitioners helped me through a miserable pregnancy. I was sick and sore for the better part of my pregnancy but the team at West End Mamas helped make me much more comfortable than I otherwise would have been. And I can’t say enough about the girls at reception - if I needed to come in for an emergency appointment, they would do everything in their power to get me in. I would not have survived pregnancy without WEM. So grateful we have this amazing clinic in Toronto! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I've gone here for pelvic floor physio, pre-natal chiro and I bought a package for prenatal yoga. All of the services have been great and the staff here are so awesome! Make sure if you sign up for a yoga package you have lots of time to use them. My passes ended up expiring before I could finish them because the classes always filled up so quickly and I couldn't get in.

I went there while I was pregnant and still go there for my kids and me. I had a great experience with naturopath, chiropractic doctor, physiotherapist and massage therapist. There were all amazing. All staff are free of judgment and very helpful. I highly recommend this place. Best clinic for mamas in Toronto !
