Went in for a stretch after being away for a while. The class was a killer and worth every drop of sweat. I felt so refreshed and energized! The heat is strong and helps warming up your body for that incredible 90 min stretch. I consider myself to be in a good shape, this practice is by far the most challenging thing that I have ever done. Not only do you sweat, stretch, build strength and endurance, you also gain many health benefits, increased lung capacity, and tremendous mental strength. In addition to the many many physical benefits, you also gain self esteem and learn to have a very positive outlook on things. The instructors are great, encouraging and helpful. There is free parking which is always a plus. This is a great studio for advanced and beginner practitioners alike. Overall: I'm excited to go back.

I consider myself an athlete and train 5-6 times per week at the gym. Over the years I have pushed and stretched my endurance, strength, stamina and flexibility but a recent injury has forced me to slow down my endurance training at the gym. Make no mistake, I thought this was going to be a zen and peaceful and quiet experience- never did I expect the intense physical strength and stamina it takes to complete a class. At the end of it, I feel as exhausted as working out with the best personal trainer I've ever had. I have a new found appreciation for hot yoga and inferno pilates and would recommend to anyone who want to get their asses whooped!

I have been a part of TNT Hot yoga for about a year now, and I cannot express into words how rewarding my time there has been and continues to be. TNT welcomed me with warm open arms when my first studio closed and ever since has felt like home. The teachers and staff always greet with the happiest smiles, are always friendly and more than willing to ensure that your yoga experience is the best it can possibly be. For me yoga is more than just an excersize, it is my self healing and TNT has provided me with the safest community in which I feel I can continue my healing. I could not recommend a better studio to join!

The instructors are amazing and it’s a soothing and comfortable studio design. They are very encouraging and really do their best to push you through the session. One of my favourite classes is the Pilates Hot Yoga. Would highly recommend for anyone regardless of what level they are at. Go at your own pace!

Just joined the studio this week and so far, I love it. Classes are spread throughout the day and the instructors have all been excellent. Make sure to arrive a head of time as classes are generally always packed but always filled with great energy and good vibes. I look forward to the next class!
