I've been coming to Studio Blue now for almost two years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Jess (owner and instructor) is incredibly knowledgeable, especially as it relates to the more technical and strength-building aspects of yoga. I've also taken a Yoga Teacher Training course at Blue (taught by Jess along with a number of other faculty of the studio), all equally knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. All instructors have a unique way of leading classes through posture series by describing movements and alignment in a way that resonates with a class of all levels of yoga experience. Come practice here!

A wonderful, supportive, inclusive, independent studio that offers a variety of classes, workshops, and holistic modalities! I felt comfortable always when I first started attending classes and, 2 years later, continue to appreciate having a space to go to that feels like home. There are a variety of classes for all levels of practice, personal support in class, a moderately sized studio so it never feels cramped and an overall vibe of a truly loved business that loves to share and experiment.

My fav studio! This studio offers a great variety of classes, a welcoming atmosphere and excellent teachers! It is very professionally run and I love that they run mini series, workshops and training! I have been a member for 2 years and have literally loved every class I have attended. I highly recommend! So happy to have stumbled upon it!

I love love LOVE this studio. It's the perfect little yoga community in my neighbourhood. There are classes of all different levels depending on how hard I want to work out that day, and all the instructors are super great. With so many "big box" fitness places out there, it's great that there are still places like this that know your name.

I've been practicing here for a few years now and love it. There are a variety of classes suitable for all levels of yogis. The vibe is welcoming and not intimidating (which I found refreshing). The classes are really focused on getting your body strong so you can have the safest practice possible. My practice grew so much here that I decided to do two Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Trainings here (200hr & 100hr).
