I was in over the weekend for one of the most amazing treatments - the Lymphatic Cleanse Detox treatment. It's an incredible experience and everyone must try it, especially right now during seasonal changes. If you work a lot and have a fast paced life, need some time to yourself or a way to kick start your personal wellness program, try this one! It starts with a full body dry brush experience, then you get a mud placed all over your body with natural herbs, a face mask and a head massage. After your shower this magical mixture off your body, you lie back on the table for a full hour of massage....words can't describe how you feel at the end! This treatment also comes with a freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and a complimentary steam bath!! They offer a selection of treats in the lounge area and apples. They also make fresh ginger tea and offer lemon water. Everyone must try this place, I will definitely be back!!

Beautiful space!!! I just tried one of their yoga classes this week and I AM SOLD. The space is intimate and bright and open and feels oh so peaceful. I hear that they are adding Ayurvedic Yoga which sounds very interesting and I can't wait to try it. I haven't had a facial there yet but my good friend raves about it! I think I've found my go-to place. Thanks Laya Spa!

I've been a client here for 5 years and I have consistently had amazing service. The difference with this spa is that the staff here really actually care about your well being. They take the time to hear your needs and help to make sure that you have a wonderful experience that is nurturing. Every time I come here I feel like a new person, like life has been brought back to me.

I've been to Laya on numerous occasions for both facials and massages and have never had a negative experience here. From the moment you walk in the door, they have gentle music playing, and aromatherapy creating a relaxing scent. They have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary tea, juice, and snacks while you are waiting. My services have always been punctual, and all of the staff are highly skilled and ensure that whatever service you are receiving, it is enjoyable for you. I love the atmosphere in here, from the natural decor to the hardwood floors and exposed brick, it's my favourite place in the city for a relaxing spa day.

Loved the vibe of this place. Smells like lemongrass and sage, dim lighting and very cozy. My boyfriend and I came for an Indian Head Massage, we were 10 min late, so unfortunately they had to cut our 45 min massage to 30 min massage but we understood. They sit you down, have you fill out some medical forums, while you sip on tea and eat biscuits. The massage was incredible! They use hot oils, essential oils, they pace themselves and hit all the right spots. It was perfect! I will definitely come here again. Hopefully not late :p
