My friend took me here for my birthday for a Mat Pilates class and I’ve been going since! I love the restorative classes. I’m not the biggest yoga person, so this has been a great way to get into trying my hand at the yoga classes. I like the meditation aspect and that it’s not a competitive atmosphere. Thank you!

There are better studios in Toronto. The yoga classes are so slow and boring. Doesn’t feel like I’m working my body. Maybe I’ll try it again in the future when I want to meditate rather than work out. It would be nice to see a wider range of classes. The environment is very unwelcoming and staff are rude and unfriendly. Because this is a small studio, they only have classes at certain times of the day. I always feel so rushed to leave the studio because the teachers are waiting for you to leave to close up the studio. I hate feeling rushed after yoga!! ***Update: In response to the owner: If I were you, I would have apologized and figured out how I can prove to unhappy customers that my yoga studio is the best in the city, rather than blame others for “not reading class descriptions” and pretending to not know what classes they took.

This is an amazing studio with a great culture and vibe. There is a nice variety of classes and lots of opportunity to grow you practice. I've been very impressed with how thought out the classes are. Be prepared to work hard in any of the advanced or energy classes.

Really nice space. Their morning vinyasa is the perfect way to start the day.
