I recommend to anybody who wants to live a healthy, happy and peaceful life. This is not like a regular yoga, but it teaches you how to control your inner energy (aka chakra). It is a wonderful program. Before I found about this program, my body was not really working well (I was always tense and nervous), but after taking the yoga for 2 years, I feel fantastic and always relaxed. You will feel the change after about a week. You should definitely check it out.

I love my Yoga and Tai Chi class at Body & Brain Healing. I can feel the energy right from the beginning of the class. I have been working in a stressful environment for years. This is the right Yoga and Tai Chi that I was looking for. It is relaxing, yet stimulating and energizing. I recommend it to every one.
