I was new to yoga when I started. I joined with my daughter thinking it would be great for her, and something we could do together. It’s been much more than that. It’s ended up being great for me! Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The instructors are available for questions and concerns after every class. The showers are immaculate and there is room for all. It’s my happy place.

I have been going to the Stoney Creek and Dundas locations for over a month now. As a beginner it took me a few classes to get used to the heat and some of the basic movements. However, now that I have more of an understanding of what to expect it makes the classes a lot more enjoyable. The staff are really good at describing the movements and are available before and after class if you have any questions. I would highly recommend to get the month trial and try every kind of class to see if you truly enjoy it!

Super nice people and great facilities. Very happy to finish the intro month and rejoin. Helped me heal physical and mindful.

Have been going to this studio for over 6 weeks now and about 5-6 x per week. The teachers are all fantastic and very welcoming. I’m learning to know each teacher’s own individual style in instructing and so far I’ve learned so much from each one of them and how to improve my practice. I do recommend the studio have someone fix the 3rd shower stall in the women’s change room because the studio gets very busy at times and there’s no limit to shower time.

I LOVE this studio! I've been going for two months, and it's the best decision I've made. All the yoga classes are amazing, but my favourite is the barre class. The facilities are super clean and in mint condition. The best part is that the staff and students are so friendly. Don't think twice, go and try it!
