Facilities were in excellent condition and very clean. The gym atmosphere was really good and had a good vibe. Front desk personnel were friendly and professional. This was my first visit at this location ...and definitely one of the best of the franchise around the Brantford and Hamilton area.

When I signed up for the gym to work on myself, Crunch is by far the best pick. The staff are all super nice and very helpful. You'll always get greeted at the doors and always get a fairwell when you leave. The machines are great and I love the different range of equipment available there. Definetly a 10/10 review from me

Bit busy but it’s a good gym with all new equipments and the staff over here is wonderful.

The price is really good and there is a lot of equipment. The gym can get pretty busy but so far I havent had too much trouble getting what I want. There are lots of free weights but could use a few more benches because they go pretty quickly. Met with a personal trainer for my introduction and although I didnt really need much advice she seemed really knowledgeable. I have been going for a week now and have been enjoying it very much. Its like everything else in life, its what you make of it.

Theresa… you have given me the Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please have a little empathy when you speak to others…. I have not been going to the gym for a year and they have fully charged my account and still won’t cancel it until I pay another month. IF YOU ARE IN THIS AREA DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM
