I have been practicing yoga at Inner Quiet for the past several years. Anne Ryan and all her teachers are helpful, skilled and experienced. The studio space located downtown is accessible, peaceful and calm. And very comfortable in its historical design. The programs offer a range of practice styles that have encouraged me to develop a strong home practice to maintain great health. Inner Quiet is a life saver and first class all the way! 😃

I have attended two of Anne's classes a week for many years. It is the perfect start and end to each week. Anne's conscientious, sensitive manner of teaching to the whole student has me being more conscious and aware in my daily practice. I plan on keeping my practice fresh and purposeful at Inner Quiet Yoga as I enter my 70th year and beyond🙏🏻

Anne is one of the most experienced yoga instructors in Peterborough. Her broad knowledge of movement, health and bodies places her in a unique category among teachers. Her instruction is tailored to each individual student and her sensitivity to each person's needs and limitations in unparalleled. Regardless of your experience level, your current mobility situation or your comfort with movement, Anne will be able to help you feel stronger, more balanced and more content. Taking yoga with Anne is an experience in understanding your body, your breath and your self. I have taken yoga with Anne on and off for over 15 years and can confidently say that I cherish everything she has taught me.
