Hot Yoga Peterborough is more than a studio, it's a place to belong while taking part in some amazing classes. All the instructors have their own style and personality that makes each class great. They are always welcoming no matter your experience!

Enchanting environment. Spirited Instructors. A wealth of classes to suit every curiosity. A studio to call home.

When I signed up for the 30 day unlimited trial I didn't expect to love yoga as much as I have. I have a very stressful job and yoga has made me so much more relaxed and I can easily "let things go" now - if that makes sense. I feel more present and peaceful, not to mention how good it feels to release so much tension. I feel lighter! I just purchased a 1 year membership and can't wait to see my progress over the next 12 months!

Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful space in Hot Yoga Peterborough for warmth and comfortable expressions, I found it really healing to be able to come by for the month of December with my unlimited pass!

I love Hot Yoga Peterborough for many reasons. First of all, I am so grateful to the owner, Laura for leading such a wonderful teacher training that allowed me to reach so many personal goals. Laura is fabulous and the program allowed me to grow so much professionally and personally. I love taking the time to develop my own practice at the studio as well. The studio is warm, loving and the classes are run so well with great sequencing. I wish I lived closer to go all the time!
