This is my first foray into yoga of any sort, and I have found this studio to be fantastic and supportive. From what I've been told the class sizes tend to be smaller compared to other Bikram classes provided in the city. I have found this helpful as Mel is able to point out errors and give guidance for one as new as me. She has also been very friendly after class answering any questions I have about variations or issues I'm finding with a certain stretch.

This review is actually long over due. I received some Groupons for this yoga studios roughly about 10-11 months ago. I'm very new to yoga and wasn't sure if it would be for me. The building was very clean and organized. All the members there were very friendly and so was the staff. Many people, including the staff, introduced themselves to me as I was there early before the class. Mel the trainer there assured me that although I was new and wasn't sure what my capabilities were that she could help me finish the class feeling good. The class began and I wasn't able to complete all the moves, but was shown some variations by Mel. I have to say I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by Mel during the class. This one girl kept making comments and seemed very disrupting the class. Mel handled the situation very well and calmly. This woman actually tried to argue with her stating that she had just returned from India after completing her Yoga teachers training and that she knew more than Mel and honestly was just blatantly rude. I really could not believe this girls attitude. She made comments like she was only there because she had Groupons or otherwise she would have never come to this studio. The trainer of the class was able to keep her cool and cal, which I would have not been able to with the way this girl was reacting. Mel was able to deescalate the situation and have the class continue. After class I spoke with some of the other members to see how long they had been attending this studio and what their thoughts were about the other classes available. I got many good reviews and recommendations to what was a good start for being such a newbie.I'm not sure what exactly happened becasue I only caught some of the conversation, but the trainer of the class provided a refund to the girl who was being rude, which I didn't think was necessary but good for her for being better than I would have been. The rest of the classes I attended were much better as this girl did not attend. After these classes I felt well worked and kinda of de-stressed, which was nice. Overall, I would recommend this studio to anyone who is looking to do some yoga. It was very clean, well priced, great location, staff and members were very friendly ( outside of that one girl) and overall was a very good experience. I used all my classes through Groupon and have continued to drop in when I have the time. Thanks Circle Studios!

I would highly recommend Circle Studios. This is a beautiful studio with great facilities. I started with a Groupon 10 pass and after using all the classes up in 2 weeks, I signed up for a monthly membership. Great vibes from Mel and other teachers alike. I find hot yoga challenging, restorative and slightly addicting. I would recommend this studio and Mel in a heart beat.
