The people and the community here are great, friendly ,approachable and knowledgeable. Good range of classes that are suitable for beginners and experienced yogi's. New place is convenient with good parking too. I can only assume the folks who have given them one star rating haven't even been there or they are from other studios which isn't very "namaste".

Super positive and inclusive atmosphere. I usually shy away from participating in group exercise but I am 100% comfortable here. The classes themselves are great, with a range of different styles/difficulty levels. The owners and staff are nothing short of wonderful, and the people who attend are welcoming and friendly.

Unpretentious studio with a variety of classes, instructors & times. I especially like the HVF classes for a tougher workout. The great thing about yoga is that you push yourself to do whatever is right for you that day - sometimes you have more to give & other days, not so much. Each class is unique so you never know what you will get that day. Amy & Ryan (the owners) emphasize that it's all about YOUR practice & doing what's best for you. The owners are fun & friendly as well as the other staff & the atmosphere is very welcoming.
