Every gym i have been to, so far, here in Cambridge, has been great. What puts this above the others are their fantastic hours, many classes, and dedicated staff. Always clean, machines in working order. Only once, in over a year working out at this gym, has a class been cancelled. The instructor did come in and apologize before setting up their reality machine for us to exercise without her.

Descent sized gym with good variety of machines. Usually not too crammed. I’d give it a 5 star if the water stations were upgraded and the water didn’t taste like chemicals. Make sure you bring your own filtered water.

Love this gym. Been a member for 17 years and this is one of the better goodlife locations I have been to. It is well maintained, clean and the staff is very friendly. Wide variety of machines, classes offered and hot yoga options available.

The staff are great. friendly and the place is clean. the manager is nice and approachable. huge women's side. 3 areas for virtual group exercise class. I love the one instructor Alison. I love Marg at the front desk. I am willing to change this to a five star if one thing changes...they need more classes on holidays and not all at the same time! would be nice to have one after the other not two running at the same time. For instance the good Friday coming up body pump will be so packed i won't get a spot. I would love to see Alison teach a step class that day as I never can go because I work and then a body pump after...not running at the same time. Thanks team good life. PS it would be great to have virtual body step and to also have holiday class schedules posted online or at least on a facebook page or something. when i call the various clubs the staff don't always seem to know where to look for holiday classes.

The staff at the Cambridge Club were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I just recently signed up to GoodLife and they have set the benchmark high in regards to customer service and professionalism, particularly Andres and the Club Manager. I have recommended this location to all of my family and friends if they wanted a great place to workout!
