Pros: cheap, The gym is pretty clean and equipment is well maintained. Cons: very busy at peak hours, dumbbell rack is chaos, no curtains or partitions in showers is really awkward, no WiFi.

Best gym in the area! Amazing old school equipment and feel!

I came here when it was still 'World Gym' (maybe something else, but wasn't 'Crunch'... I think). Requested a tour of the facilities and was asked to fill out a convoluted consent form. I asked, "You're not going to use this to spam me are you? Staff: "No, we don't do that" Me: "Man, this seems like a BUNCH of info just to show me around" Staff: "Don't worry, it's for liability reasons" Me: "I'm not planning on using anything today - Just want to see what you have" Staff: "We need your info just to show you around" In retrospect, that should have been enough of a warning for me to just leave but I had driven all the way here, wife and kids were with me, and I was kinda tired already... Ultimately didn't end up getting the membership since the parking is non-existent and could work out expensive but also the range of machines didn't meet my needs. And what happens a few weeks after? Sure enough, I start getting spammed. Grrr.

This is a good location, staffs are nice and ho there is a smoothy machine that you can get some good smoothies at a great price.

Good gym, but the gym is PACKED and no parking at times. There should be a limit per month on how many times you can give out guests passes. WAY TO MANY PEOPLE.
