Love this place. Wasn't sure what I was getting myself into when I joined. Never tried yoga before. I've gone to 25 classes now and my excitement is still as fresh as when i first started. It starts when you enter the building and start walking up the stairs and you smell the incents burning. Everyone is just as excited as you, you can feel that vibe when you enter the room. Very friendly, the yoga room feels so peaceful with its candles burning and the warmth and soft music playing. I Love how my body is able to move in all different positions now without pain. The instructors are the friendliest and definitely professional. They notice and help you with different positions when your not quite sure. THIS is my new home away from home. I'm Loving life in a whole different way. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU AT THE YOGA LOFT. Nomaste♥️

I've been to studios in Kingston, Toronto, Lindsay, and Waterloo, and this one is by far my favourite! Wonderful instructors. Great memories here. I had my first ever experience with yoga in high school at this studio and compared with the other studios I've been to, I don't know if I would have been so enthusiastic about yoga had the experience not been so beautiful and accessible. This isn't yoga just for fitness. Most of the instructors I have taken classes from do a great job of incorporating the spiritual aspects of yoga along with the physical. Sometimes they offer special classes (like yin and extended/guided meditation in a heated room which I LOVED). Can't say enough about this studio. Such a gem in the small town of Lindsay. This was my escape during high school and I can't wait to return for a class.

Excellent studio. Lots of room, nice instructors and good location for getting away from it all.
