Great little studio. No frills, but good flows and nice instructors. Really appropriate for any skill level too. I'll be going back more and more.

I've been fortunate to experience 2 classes in this studio in our short time in Georgetown. Both teachers, Nick and Victoria taught in an insightful and inspiring way. As a hatha teacher myself I'm really fussy about being taught. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this space to those new or experienced. Om shanthi Caroline

I started coming to this studio approximately one year ago and love the space, convenient location, teachers, and overall feel of the studio. Janet teaches an early morning ashtanga class, where she focuses on alignment and helps to get the intended benefits from each pose. Joan is also great; her classes kick your butt, so come prepared to work! It's also nice that mat rental is free, and there is a shower available. Great studio overall! Highly recommend it!

Soothing, intimate space. Good for beginners or experienced. And everyone cleans their mat after use.

Maryl Baldridge offers massage therapy out the studio. I was recommended to her for arthritic pain by my yoga teacher at Flow. Maryl blew my mind! I would highly recommend her to anyone for massage. She is very talented: after only one hour and half session I experienced a 90% reduction in pain. It almost felt like she was doing acupuncture in that I could feel my energy moving around and the tension in my back and neck releasing. I will certainly be going back - reasonably priced and no gratuity accepted. If you are suffering from any pain or tension anywhere in your body, I simply cannot recommend her highly enough.
