Very professional, friendly staff and great facilities. I saw and attended different athletic facilities in couple of countries including hotels and gyms, Movati Athletic will always be the best. What makes this facility excel is their commitment to take feedback very seriously. And this is the essence of quality. Thank you Movati for every thing you are trying to do.

Horrible gym and always unable to update our profiles. We cancelled our membership because of recurring issues with there pay system and without notice or any contact they sent my account to an collections agency. I was told there was no additional charges because we are serving members .The managers Brad and Roby have no clue and are unfriendly as they can do no wrong and head office never answers the phone. I would suggest to anyone to never go to this place as it is a nightmare. I hope people spread the word about this place so no one else gets caught up in its madness.

I really like this facility - the gym is spacious with lots of equipment. The only two negative comments I have to post relate to the dirty showers in the women’s area and women’s only pool area. First, there is one older woman who appears to be the cleaner but never have I seen her with cleaning the stalls or showers. She is often seen walking around aimlessly. Second, I have seen many women in the hot tub and pool area with street clothes and gym clothes instead of swim suits. And these women are also not showering before they enter the water.

When first signed up, classes like HIIT(high intensive training) was offered complimentary just like other classes. Now it is renamed as “small group training” where additional charges apply. Not to mention that the studio used to be for public use, not Movati has completely taken away its original purpose since” there are a lot of valuable equipments in the room” according to the staff. The business should learn how to maintain its business level regardless of how many members there are now.

Do not work here! The people that you work with on a daily basis are great, but management does not take harassment seriously. They do not understand their own policy, and failed to carry out necessary procedures. The company itself has unethical practices. There was a case in civil court about their employment practices (the company, not specifically this branch) They especially treat their youth staff poorly, and that is why there is an extremely high turn over rate. Everything stated here is true, because I know they will try to get this taken down because they deem it defamatory. I have left out details for I fear legal action and I cannot afford a lawyer. NOTE: I posted a similar comment a few days ago but noticed that it was taken down. I have reposted it again.
