Don’t pay attention to these silly reviews people leave. There just mad cause their children trying to get things for free. If you don’t like Movatis go somewhere else. We will be loyal customers of there’s for life, we don’t need you spoilt little brats or over initialed parents working out around us. It’s more than a gym and you definitely get your moneys worth. We’re lucky to have this in Ottawa especially Orleans. Some people are just never happy sigh

Good place to work out, has plenty of everything. The "free assessment" is a PT salespitch. Some things could be improved but overall good place. Busy at peak times

Great health club, don’t rely on the “mob mentality” reviews from friends (and non members) of the one person who had a bad experience at this location. It’s a great club, courteous staff, great equipment etc. I’m a satisfied long time customer.

Extremely bad service. Called in to cancel membership, they would not accept it over the phone. Was told all I had to do was come in and it would be effective asap. When I arrived to cancel she said I needed to pay for one more month. The receptionist was extremely rude. Will never recommend ever. Awful service.

I was with a couple of friends and had a couple hours to kill before the movie at Landmark. I noticed that the hockey game was playing on their big screen and I suggested to my friends that we go and watch it. We entered and asked if we could sit in the lobby for anit and just watch the game. The stuck-up staff said to me, and I quote "Well, are you a member? (We replied no) Sorry, you have to be a member. We don't want random people just coming in and taking up room that belongs to our members". Pathetic.
