Peter is an awesome trainer and a very fine person. He really cares about his clients and wants to help them be the best they can be. I have been training with Peter for almost 3 years , can’t say enough about being inspired by Peter to stay the course! Thank-you

The Eagles Nest is the best place to train! It has the most friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable trainers! Very clean and never crazy busy. Highly recommended :D

Had a really great experience with the gym. The staff members are welcoming as compared to the other clubs. This is so far the most clean gym by huge margins, plus you get the added bonus of great staff and trainers.

Night shift are very nice and helpful. Equipment is standard, nothing out of ordinary. I wipe down before and after working out as many patrons do not wipe down after use.

Gym is almost always overcrowded but so is every GoodLife gym. Equipment is very cramped. It seems nobody is cleaning. In the winter you have to take your shoes off and walk all the way to the change room which is exactly at the opposite of the front door, your feet will get wet and dirty. This is because they don't have a cleaning person anymore. The admins and the personal trainers are kind of suppose to look after the cleanliness of the gym. They are trying to save from everything and make as much profit as possible in my opinion, but this effects the quality of the gym. It seems like they trying to implement the Planet Fitness model of running the gym, but the problem is you have to pay way more than what you pay for Planet Fitness. This doesn't surprise me though. All goodlife gyms are kind of the same very good in the beginning and a year and a half after they drop the ball. Forgot to mention but when is raining or the snow melts on the roof the ceiling is almost always dripping and you have to deal with the buckets that they put to collect the water. At the end I would like to say that this is just MY OPINION and you don't have to agree with it. I also don't want to discuss anything with the management of any GoodLife fitness establishments, they can take this review as constructive criticism and improove the quality or not take any action. For the people that will ask why I keep going to this gym because I live right next to it and it is very convenient for me.
