Don’t bother. I love to check out yoga studios when I travel and this one, being right downtown, was perfect for a quick class. I walked in and registered. I told the girl at the front desk it was my first time and she quickly pointed out a few doors and told me one was the studio, the other the change room. I had to make her repeat it. Shoes off when you walk in but the floors are dirty. There was hair, paper and other debris on the floors of the change room. I wished I’d been wearing socks. I was early so I borrowed one of their complementary mats and headed into the studio. There were no lights on - pitch black. I tried to relax but the hall light was glaring and the instructor was having a loud conversation at the front desk with someone about a car accident. Once I settled in, I could clearly hear the class going on through the walls. All this to say, I was pretty wound up by the time the class actually started. The actual class was ok, an all levels flow that was clearly targeted at beginners. Again, no real suggestions for an advanced yogi. Last bit of rant: they provide those faux rubber mats you can buy at Winners. No real grip. I wish this studio practiced what it preached and created a space where practitioners feel welcome, taken care of and care about. Unfortunately, I’m going to try somewhere else next time.

I was really turned off this place because of the management. I bought a monthly unlimited pass but received and injury about a week into it. My physio advised to stop (I also had a note). I sent a lengthy email explaining my situation and asked if they could possibly extend my pass for a week but the manager refused. While I agree the month pass was already discounted her actions really put a bitter taste in my mouth. I work near the studio but based on this experience I won't ever go back.

Great service. Love how many different kinds of classes they offer.

I have gone to several studios throughout the years and never have I felt more at home as I do here and have never seen such results in my practice . The classes are diverse, as are the instructors, and it is a fantastic place to grow your practice . The ambiance is also beautiful and extremely clean. I recommend this studio to beginners and advanced students.
