I've been to alot of studios around Canada and this one is definitely in my top 3. Good atmosphere, class sizes are good, instructors are excellent and well versed providing adjustments as needed. Overall quite happy with the studio and will likely make it my permanent studio here. Only two gripes are the men's changing room is quite small so it gets very packed in there and that the classes fill up too fast around the 5-6pm time frame.

THIS IS NOT FOR TRUE YOGIS. Difficult to achieve internal peace here If you rely on unreasonably hot temperature to somehow expedite your workout, then go for it. But if you are a true yogi and want to practice in a peaceful environment, then this is NOT it. I called in advance to find out REDUCED TEMP class. Turned out, it’s still 100F heat. What’s the point of lying to a pregnant women? The practice room is jammed, floor is burning, and no air is let in. Is the point to use suffocation and stress to burn my energy? It’s streamline business room. No shower, no water filter, and not even a towel to dry wet hands in the washroom! It’s time for a better studio

Highly recommend this place to all yogis. Great and inspiring atmosphere, welcoming environment, helpful and knowledgeable staff, good variety of classes and convenient location. The renovation was done recently and it became even better. Thank you BeHot Yoga for going a great job!

If you want to be berated about removing your shoes and then get sprayed with Windex during your shivasna than this is the place for you. Great classes, but there are a few employees/volunteers that need to CHILL. Not the type of environment I'm used to when attending a yoga class.
