Convenient location and a wide variety of classes. Definitely one of the most diverse schedules for a downtown studio. I love how the classes are not jammed full of yogis- plenty of space for everyone and their sweat. Staff is helpful if you have questions. The studio space is nice- basic (clean/no frills). The change rooms and lockers could be renovated- but their monthly passes are very affordable compared to other studios. I will definitely continue to practice here.

This is probably one of the best yoga studio in Downtown Toronto... Moksha Downtown offers a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere... a really pleasant yoga studio with a good mix of classes easy to reserve using their application. The instructors are competent, friendly and caring. So far I am so glad that I discovered Moksha.

I've had a really positive experience here so far. I was a bit worried trying hot yoga for the first time, but I find it much more relaxing than typical yoga classes. This is key for me since I've been stressed lately at a new job. Also really helps build core strength, posture and flexibility. Overall, Moksha Yoga has great instructors and is a great studio!!

I haven't practiced yoga for a couple of years but wanted to get back to it. I had booked a retreat for the first week of May and signed up for your 30 day trial to begin my journey back. It has been fabulous! I forgot how good it feels to move and breathe like that. Doing hot yoga is new to be but I am enjoying the experience. Everyone has been super nice and helpful and I find the teachers inspiring. I have liked it so much I signed up for a full membership :)

I've been coming here for 6 months and it has been great! The space, staff, and instructors create a relaxing and zen environment. The instructors are generally really good and are willing to give you individual feedback. There's been a few minor admin issues like keeping track of your class passes remaining but nothing major.
