I have been attending classes at the Richmond/Spadina location on a pretty regular basis since the beginning of the year. The convenient location is super helpful for me to fit in a class after work. The instructors are friendly and encouraging. The yoga classes are great to reset and balance. I’ve mostly gone for the hiit yoga classes which are nice to fit in a more intense session but with a good yoga warm up and cool down - Kaylyn and Laura M are great!! Overall, I have been happy with my experience at YT!

I started going to yoga as a way to help with my neck and shoulder pain. The Yoga Tree on Richmond is a very convenient location so I decided to give it a shot. After going regularly, a couple times a week, I noticed that it has been very helpful and relieved muscle tension from working at a desk all day. The teachers are very friendly and thoughtful, and the range of classes is great for when you want to relax and stretch or want an intense workout. Continuing onto my second year here and very much looking forward to it.

The instructors were awesome, so were the class and the premises. The way their business model is set up is a bit predatory in my opinion, with the cancellations being a hassle to do. First you must cancel in person, not over the phone by email so that is already a trip downtown. Secondly I signed up for the 1st month free trial and was loving it until I injured my wrist and stopped coming for a bit. Apparently you must give a 2 week cancellation notice or you must pay a 50 dollar cancellation fee which is a bit ridiculous! I ended being charged for another month at full price which I didn't even get to use the first 3 weeks as I did not realize was charged automatically! No desire to go back, they wouldn't even let me restart the month which I didn't use a single day of for no apparent reason. Will not be coming back again.

Great location, awesome staff and amazing classes. The locker rooms are clean and people are great overall. Being new to Yoga, this place has made the transition super smooth and I’m definitely going back

Love the convenience of being able to attend classes at multiple locations, downtown and midtown. Great studios with friendly front desk staff, knowledgable instructors and beautiful spaces to practice with encouraging decor and large windows. I mainly go for the hot yoga classes and absolutely love and recommend them!
