I used to be a regular at FIreflow up at Yonge & Eg, before it closed and before moving downtown. Since then, I'd struggled for a while to find another small, quaint studio that had a bit of a neighbourhood vibe (i.e. as opposed to larger studios, which usually feel rather impersonal given, among other things, the volume of students they handle). Glad to have TYL close by, the few vinyasa sessions I've been to so far have been excellent.

The instructor was amazing! I did the vinyasa flow class which was a great workout, and also included a great finishing touch of lavender oil at the end.

Yoga Lounge is some of the best yoga in the city of Toronto. The instructors really know what they are doing and they are highly experienced - Particularly Susan, the owner, and Carlyn. Classes are intimate with special attention given to each student. Well worth the price.

Great teachers, but the facility is not the best. BBQ style hot yoga heaters (space heaters directly above you) are not my favourite, and the change rooms are small. besides that the door for the men's change area opens directly into the foyer. They're doing the best they can with such a small space.

I had hit a wall in my journey to get healthy. I was stuck at 223 pounds and could not get below this number for nothing. So I thought I needed to shake things up and do some HOT YOGA. I went to go try Florence's Friday class at 7pm and then again to her 1pm class on Sunday. I loved it so much that I did her classes on Friday and Sunday again. What happened? I lost 10 pounds in 10 days and got down to 213 pounds!!! If you have hit a wall in your weight loss I highly recommend Florence's Hot Yoga class.
